Side Compression Shears

SH Multiblocks

The LEFORT side compression shears are suitable for processing bulky scrap metal and the toughest products thanks to the compression box which length from 26’ to 33’ and a cutting force up to 1750T! Extremely heavy and robust, these shear/balers are suitable to process large volume of heavy duty & demolition scrap. The biggest installation can weigh up to 950,000 lb depending on configuration ! These multiblocks units are divided in 3 major subassemblies: The shear head, the compression box and the power container. A safety platform with a cabin can be added to operate the machine securely and comfortably. Electric or Diesel power unit available.
